DELIVERY POLICY 

Deliveries will only be made in the UK and France

All deliveries will arrive within 6 working days from the day of purchase

A standard cost of £6.00 will be added to the price for delivery

All prices shown on the Website are inclusive of VAT and other applicable UK taxes

Orders of product(s) are subject to availability. When you place an order, we will confirm it by email. Your order becomes legally binding once you have received a confirmation dispatch of the product(s). If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you by email in the following 2 working days.

Orders must be paid for immediately via our store website. 

If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will process a full refund within 7 working days.


RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return an item, please do so within 30 days of your purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return delivery costs unless the good are damaged. 

Candles that have been burnt will not be reimbursed.

Items must be in original condition and returned with the original sales receipt.

Damaged Goods must be notified in writing within 10 days of receipt. Any notification later than this will result in a void claim.


CANCELATIONS

You may cancel the contract at any time within seven working days from the day after you purchased the Product(s), and we will refund the purchase price and delivery fee in full within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

-You must inform us in writing by email of your decision to cancel the contract

-The Product(s) must be returned to us (48 A Lexington street, W1F 0LR , LEVEL 6) immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
